When we moved back to Canada we looked at a lot of Nova Scotia property for sale. As any prospective buyer.

We turned  to real-estate agents to find the perfect property. This particular property was for sale in Amherst, Nova Scotia and it was of special interest to us. It was a working farm at the time we bought it. No, we were not farmers, but the land, the barns, the house…  the possibilities we saw in this property for sale in Nova Scotia were endless.  So we bought it. We moved in on the last day of December 2000. In very short time, we transformed the real estate for sale in Amherst, Nova Scotia to the  best landscaped property in Amherst, Nova Scotia. I recommend anyone who is looking for peace and tranquility, a place to retire, a place to expand a business or start a new one to look no further than real estate for sale in Nova Scotia. We are very happy here. The people here are kind, the drivers actually stop for pedestrians crossing the street and the people in the bank and post office know you by your name. That I call “the old times”. Amherst, Nova Scotia is particularly of interest to anyone looking for real estate in Nova Scotia because it has a new hospital, 2 new primary schools, 1 new high school and quite  a few businesses,  if one needs to find a job. But if you are the entrepreneurial kind, you will find the right property for sale in Amherst, Nova Scotia to  expand your business or to start a new one.  There are many programs that promote Nova Scotia as a province to start your business here.
In our case we renovated   the property and we moved our family business  there. Our children work with us and they tell us that when they are ready to move out on their own, they will look for property for sale in Nova Scotia.  Anyone who wants to see for himself/herself what life can be and should be, please come and see real-estate for sale in Nova Scotia.  You will not regret it.
Many think the weather in Nova Scotia is cold but I say it is “fresh smelling”. The winter snow in the country is unspoiled, it actually lightens up the night sky. You will never see better starry skies than in Nova Scotia.  If you like hobby farming or just growing  your own produce come and see the real estate for sale in Nova Scotia. Once you live in Nova Scotia, you will never want to move again. You will have a never ending holiday here. Whenever you mention to any American that visited Nova Scotia that you live here, you will see in his face the admiration for this place.  So please give Nova Scotia a place in your heart.
